Procedures are the same for all hydraulic, pneumatic, pump, motors, cylinder, valves, and components. ALL BRANDS AND MODELS. One of our specialized technicians will disassemble and do a complete inspection (bolts, piston, gland, shaft, casing, bearings, valves, and any other component). The technician will forward a complete report of their findings to one of our sales representatives who will in turn generate a quote for you. Said quote will include ONLY original parts when available as needed, it will include pictures and all detailed findings. If unit is not repairable one of our sales team will provide details on a new unit.

Upon your direct approval, parts will be ordered and will be reassembled by our technician. Upon completion, a quality test will be conducted to ensure the PSI levels reach factory recommendations. We will test by pressurizing for 5 minutes, running 10 cycles. Once it passes the pressure test, it gets painted, packaged and scheduled for delivery to your facility. Our legacy repair time has been 48hrs, depending on the work it might need. Innovation Hydraulic provides a 6 month warranty on every cylinder repair, and 3 month warranty on all pump, motor, valves and components. Any repair that is covered under warranty will be completed within 48 hours, this will avoid any down time at no cost to you.
